3. Payments & Late Fees
All payments must be made in full according to the agreed-upon pricing and billing schedule.
If a payment does not go through on the due date, a $50 late fee will be applied to your account.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if payments remain unpaid beyond 14 days.
No Refund Policy: All payments made to Tykon.io are non-refundable. In the event of a contract termination, no partial refunds will be issued for unused services.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our AI services during the contract period.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or lead conversions from our AI chatbots.
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime; however, Tykon.io is not responsible for any disruptions due to maintenance, third-party providers, or force majeure events.
